'From the minute we walked in the door we were thrilled with this house! It was spotless and exactly as shown online. Kitchen was one of the most well-stocked that we’ve seen, the beds were really comfortable, and just the entire house made us feel like we were at home. It is very close to historic St. Augustine and was very convenient. We have stayed in many different places and this one was right at the top. Hope to visit again in the future.'

'The house was better than pictures. I have rented 35 plus VRBO properties. This was the best equipped property I have been in, also very clean. Had a couple small issues , gas grill empty but was resolved in 24 hours. Highly recommend this property'

'We had a great stay. The property is located within walking distance of Old St. Augustine near shops and restaurants. The house had all the amenities we expected and also had a nice fenced-in backyard that worked well for our dog. There was ample space for myself, husband and 22 year-old daughter. The property manager was great to work with. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again.'

'You won’t believe how amazing this place is until you see it for yourself! The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is perfect if you want to be near Vilano. The beds are comfy. The showers are great. The decor is beautiful. There are views in every room. The kitchen is well stocked as well as beach chairs. We can’t wait to go back. Pure heaven!'

'The host Robert was amazing. He addressed all our needs and replied right away. The home layout is beautiful. It was pretty clean. Only problem we encountered was we didn't have full access to the refrigerator. The host did come over right away to make a little room for us. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.'

'This was such a nice place to stay. Photos are an accurate representation of what you’ll experience in terms of aesthetics. A few things that we noticed that made our stay enjoyable: 1. The basic functionality of the place is great. A/C, bathroom fans, water pressure are all excellent. 2. Kitchen is well equipped. We cook a lot, and our expectations weren’t especially high. 'This VRBO was amazing. Very nicely furnished with a lux vibe throughout. The screened in porch was so soothing - ONLY DOWNSIDE - neighbors have very loud dogs which mess up the ambience of indoors and outdoors which would catch us off guard as we didn’t know when or what time we’d hear them. OVERALL - this was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it. Just know about the dogs and you can get your mind right for them barking up the tranquil peace that you’d get otherwise.'

'It is what it is.......if you want a 5 star resort, look elsewhere, its a beach house. Communication was good, place was clean. It was a little odd having the owner right upstairs, but they werent very intrusive. You cannot see the beach, but it only 30 or so yards to walk to. Overall, satisfied.....'
