'Room was clean. Hotel was in excellent repair. Pool area was well used but well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be better but it’s a simple buffet and was adequate for being included. '

'Front desk guy was horrible. So unprofessional checking in. He was very argumentative on parking and wouldn’t check us in until we did what he said. He called us big and was very prejudiced in our appearance. Very terrible public skills. Needs to be trained in customer service!! '

'Wyndham rewards member was escorted off this property BY POLICE for reasons still unknown to me. They had a full turn out in the pool/sauna area, but ran out of towels at some point. They give 2 body towels for the rooms, no separate towels for the pool. A SOLD OUT HOTEL ran out of towels and no back up. I was upset but i didn't curse "Skye" and I didn't get aggressive. Yet i was told to leave and didn’t get my money back. I would like a full refund as we DID NOT stay here.'
