A staff member was prepared to recharge the battery in minutes. I’ll likely have to visit Cleveland multiple times over the next few years. I am sure this hotel will be where I stay regularly. '

The place was very clean and there were some nice touches provided by the owners such as snacks, shampoo, and such.
