'Great location close to shops, beaches etc. Quiet leafy street. The studio is super cute, with a very comfy bed and pillows. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions. House puppy Molly was adorable. The fact that this space was pet-friendly was really important. Maybe a small space for dogs to toilet ( rather than having to go across the road would further improve the stay). We would stay again '

'What an amazing property. Stunning views and absolute peace and quiet. A brilliant place to get away from the city and sit around with friends enjoying great food, wine and conversation. Shelly was wonderful, promptly answering any questions we had and providing lovely treats for our arrival.Thank you.'

'The house itself is nice; with good decor and appliances; the outside shower is a great experience and the location is top notch.A star was taken off due to host’s slow response (over 24 hours in certain reply); couldn’t provide a working hair dryer; and took over 3 days to get garage door fixed. And limited shower gel and cooking basics (no coffee, no cooking oil) The overall experience was still very good. Would book again; hope the host would add the basics to really bring the property to 5...

'Clean and quiet, good pool service and easy to get in and out of. Parking was tricky as it’s a busy area and parking is timed but otherwise a great place to stay. '

'Beautiful place'

'Beautiful house, sleeps 12 comfortably. The views are either beautiful or spectacular. The sound of waves beating the sands, the salt air filling each breath, just perfect. 5 minutes from everything you could want.. will be back for sure '

'It was lovely, good location. Just a few thoughts that will be helpful. Vents need cleaning, floor drains in bathrooms. Dishwasher racks all askew and we could not fix it. The window sill in mail bedroom, one above bed need cleaning. It might be time for a new coffee maker. Donna'

'Really enjoyed our stay. Easy street parking, close to the beach and shops (walking distance). The outside space was the highlight for us as it felt like we were in own rainforest inspired retreat and our toddler loved playing outside. 'Casa de Pina was a perfect place for our two week Newport stay - comfortable, cosy, colourful - a special spot facing north, looking out through the tree canopy to the beach in the distance. An easy check-in, full kitchen facilities, a comfy day bed on the deck and a charming host were some of our highlights. '
