'Clean room, staff were super helpful and kind. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Breakfast was huge and delicious, everything you could ask for. Indoor pool did not seem heated and was not big for the amount of people in it at the time, has a gym but quite small and would be difficult to access if you had mobility limitations. I had a really great stay and I left my watch in the room and housekeeping retrieved it, which made me think there were lots of honest employees...

'Great hotel all around; nice clean rooms, great service and helpful friendly staff. It was no problem to leave my luggage in the hotel after checking out so I could explore the city before I moved on with my travels. Definitely coming back here whenever I visit Sydney again.'

'Close to central station, my room was in the back so no street noise at all. Looked very recently renovated, bathroom looked stylish and seemed clean, but there where some small unwanted visiters (I caught at least one every day, even with the aircon set very low). It might have had something to do with the season/humidity and the fact that it's an old building. Probably the carpet in the bedroom doesn't help to control the problem either.'
