'The property was amazing and any minor issue we had. They were right there to fix it. The island was welcoming, as well as just the right amount of quiet and slow down that we were looking for. I recommend anybody needing to detach disconnect to enjoy property for a couple of days or even longer. The hospitality was amazing. We will be back.'

'The property was extremely clean and well-stocked kitchen and plenty of paddleboards/Kayaks. Also, I appreciated the basket of extras in case we forgot a toothbrush, shampoo, soap, etc... Those little things are always such a nice surprise. The view was great and really close to the mouth of the river plus the hot tub was a nice bonus for the kids. It's truly a special place and very comfortable.'

'Situated on a point with water on two sides of the expansive property, the setting was amazing. The house is a mid-century ranch that has been thoroughly updated. We had lousy weather, so we did not get to enjoy the large water-side deck and firepit, but even the indoor views of the water from the kitchen-den area were wonderful.'

'The home was exactly as described. Just pack a bag and everything else is there. Fully equipped property in a quiet location. The only thing I will add is the master bed was smaller than desired, otherwise everything was perfect! We would love to return at another time when the temps are warmer.'

'Kozy Kottage is easily the most charming, tranquil and enjoyable vacation rental I’ve ever booked. Tom and Mette’s cottage is a slice of Heaven on the Northern Neck - a rustic but very liveable, well equipped and comfortable home that reminded me of vacations at the shore with my grandparents decades ago. Love the yard and the incomparable views of the mouth of the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay. I’m very much looking forward to my next visit!'

'Sunrise Point was beautiful! The description and the pictures of the property are spot on. The property owners provided specific details about the property and the area itself prior to us arriving, which was extremely helpful. Many thanks! The weather was perfect for fishing during the day and enjoying a fire in the fire pit in the evening. The house was clean and well appointed! A true “R and R” retreat! We hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.'

'We loved this quiet property, right on the water. The house was clean and perfect for my mom and me. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with a lot of stuff. Towels for the beach were provided, along with chairs for sitting on the beach. There is a rinse off area in the back of the house, but to turn the water on you have to go in front of the house. I absolutely would return. '
