'We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which was lovely. The downstairs rooms have a back door that leads to the gorgeous pool area. The room was clean and comfortabel and the staff was lovely and accommodating. And breakfast was great: there are various options to choose from, cooked or not. We only walked around a little, the center isn't very big, but we walked to the beach (approx. 15 minute walk) and it was beautiful there'

'Staff are very helpful with accommodating requests and respond quickly. The property is clean and well maintained. Security on-site is excellent. The hotel is centrally located to the business centre of lismore but is quiet. A pleasant park is directly across the road and for a no-fuss quick meal the Lismore Workers Club is a two minute walk away. If you don't want to eat at the club there a many other eating venues within a five minute walk radius. The beds are comfortable and the rooms provide...
