'Of course the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the lobby on arrival. Beautiful scenery and wooded walking paths. The quality time to re-connect. Can't forget about the super yummy surprise breakfast every morning! Our 3rd time here in 2025 and love how very little changes - and only for the better! '

'The Feathered Star was very comfortable and homey. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The made from scratch breakfast bakery was delicious. The owner was very kind and personable. Breakfast at the Rusty Tractor next door is also a very good option.'

'Location is brilliant and the room is quaint. It is very dusty, and the window blinds really need to be replaced. The sheets and towels are all clean, but old and worn. I would bring my own towels next time. Parking was limited, but Kelly was helpful in offering to move her car for me. The rooms are not soundproof at all, so I could hear the guys around me playing video games the whole stay. I wouldn't have been able to take private calls there.
