'My overall impression was just “meh”. There was no one monitoring the front desk. Finally saw a tiny sign that said to call 0 for help. So I did from the landline on the desk. After ringing for quite a while a man came from the back dressed like a mechanic. He had on a company shirt, but didn’t look professional and didn’t act particularly professional. No greeting. Hardly any engagement. The whole hotel desperately needs to be updated. The dishwasher was running loudly when we got to our room...

'The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. '
