'I loved the location. As well.as the serenity of the area. The center garden was quaint and enjoyable. You can walk to the beach. The water was super hot and I truly loved that. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. The owners were super friendly and kind. Price point was excellent. Great place and I will definitely stay again.'

'Near the beach, friendly staff. Problems were solved (sometimes after a reminder). Quality of the breakfast was good. Room was definitely dated. Although clean not in depth. Closer doors were very tired, safe was unresponsive (solved), roaches in the kitchenette (solved), bathroom door stuck and scraped. Staff at the front desk very friendly.'

'They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside.'

'Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM. I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...

'There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty.'

'If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!'

'I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund....

'there is no point saying there is breakfast, even if they call it “light” it consists of little bites muffins and a juice/coffee machine. housekeeping only came in and made one bed, did not even clean the shower or anything (whatever we were there 3 nights no huge deal) they provide cups in the room for coffee but no coffee machine. ALSO check in states at 3pm. inside the room on the door it states check in 1pm. We were made to wait until 4pm to check in. other than that staff was overall...

'This is NOT the place to stay, this was in a lowincome neighborhood , people legit lived here, low income people who you would assume would break into your car lived in here , this is not the place for you to stay at , me and my boyfriend were never in here thank God cause we only got this place to legit sleep in , THE TOWELS HAD PUBIC HAIR ON IT, i used the towels as floor mats, we used sandals to stand in the shower, the shower was stained and dirty, the sheets were stained, luckily i did NOT...

'When we first got there, the first thing you noticed was the floor was not even vacuumed that you could see from far all the dirty crumbs on the floor the beds was the only thing that was cleaned we left the hotel the next day to let housekeeping clean the rooms. We were hoping that our room would have been cleaned by when we got there. The room wasn’t cleaned. 'The floors were very sticky & dirty,floortrims full of dust,the bathroom & toilet were a disgrace all dryed up urine around toilet & on toilet it was just disgusting. Tv was not working. Bedding wasnt satisfactory. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.'
