'Near the beach, friendly staff. Problems were solved (sometimes after a reminder). Quality of the breakfast was good. Room was definitely dated. Although clean not in depth. Closer doors were very tired, safe was unresponsive (solved), roaches in the kitchenette (solved), bathroom door stuck and scraped. Staff at the front desk very friendly.'

'The best'

'Perfect for the price'

'We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

'Great place to stay in the Town Center. We had a fantastic time walking to Nando’s, Lego, and a costume contest. Also, we saw a live band in the Town Center and we went to Tupelo Southern Kitchen. The Cheesecake Factory was the last stop, where hubby got a strawberry cheesecake. The Hyatt Hotel never disappoints me when we stay. Our rooms were cleaned and breakfast was complimentary with our stay.'

'Convenient location.'

'Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.'

'Clean facilities and room. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great too.'

'Great stay! Tatiana at the Front Desk is most helpful and always with a smile! The young lady who prepared breakfast was a doll! Plenty of food and always kept area clean and tidy. Pool was fun for the kiddos!'

'Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful and more then enough parking spots around the accommodation.'

'The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk .'

'Liked everything except parking. One overnight stay, but had to pay two nights of parking. 🙄'

'The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return.'
