'Near the beach, friendly staff. Problems were solved (sometimes after a reminder). Quality of the breakfast was good. Room was definitely dated. Although clean not in depth. Closer doors were very tired, safe was unresponsive (solved), roaches in the kitchenette (solved), bathroom door stuck and scraped. Staff at the front desk very friendly.'

'Only issue was one of the assigned room they gave us had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The front desk immediately helped us and we were given a new room.'

'The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!'

'We asked for a refund because the rooms were filthy, the tub was dirty, it smelled terrible, and we had to ask them to remove the wet floor sign from blocking the elevator door just so we could use it to take our toddler up in a stroller while we were unpacking, and so my son who is an active service member could take all of his stuff needed for his first duty station up with him. We had to buy pillows because what they had was the equivalent of a folded up sheet, and house keeping never came to...

'The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush properly. Tried to call the front desk using the phone in the room, but there was no connection to the front desk. There was no bath gel wash in the container in the shower. Lighting in the room is very dim.'

'The AC is SO loud. The property could be really cool if it was renovated a bit. Great location, great view, comfy bed and location but random things located in the hallway, rickety elevator and like I said the AC woke us up every hour. '

'The room was clean, although the property itself, is in a sketchy area & done of the people staying their were a bit sketchy, too. This was my second time staying there & both times there were police at the location responding to a disturbance. Thankfully, this didn't occur at night. Both occasions seemed to be during the middle of the day.'

'Breakfast was expensive and inconvenient. Had to be ordered at the "bistro" counter and picked up. There was no bar. I had booked it with Expedia, which was fine, but it took way too long to check in. The staff was staring at the computer and typing and clicking for at least 15 minutes just for me. Parking in the nearby public garage was $13/day. The hotel does not have its own garage, and no voucher was offered for free parking, so I had to pay $25 for valet parking. The location was good,...
