'I made a reservation for 4 people but only got 2 sets of towels. They made us go down to the guest services desk to pick up more. The phone by the night stand does not work and there’s complimentary manual with hotel information that would have helped during our 2 days stay.'

'Nous avons eu une chambre au 21e étage ce qui fut agréable. L’hôtel est un peu décentré dans un quartier moyen. Très bon accueil. Tout est propre et classe. Nous avons vu qu’il y avait une piscine mais n’avons pas su si nous pouvions y aller. Nous aurions aimé être informés à ce propos, ainsi que de prévenir à l’avance pour la caution. Le petit déjeuner est complet: omelette, sausage, moyen de se faire des gaufres, yaourt, porridge, cake et choix confitures industriel. Du fromage ou des produits...
