'Great temps at front desk'

'The room was quite large, comfortable, and clean. We had a King-size bed and we were on the river side. The breakfast was very good and well maintained. Just wish we had longer to stay to enjoy the amenities. '

'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. Many stray dogs and closed stores. One thing which was very good was the buffet breakfast. Lots of choice and very tasty. It...

'Absolutely the best location. Located right in the heart of town. Our room was great. The people at the hotel are very nice and friendly. Also, it is great the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport. '

'We had a great stay except for my ice cold shower at 7am. The front desk advised that sometimes that can happen if lots of people are showering at the same time. Other than that the food and live music on site were great! '
