'My son and I liked the games room. The breakfast was nice. The hot tub was being repaired when we were there. We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned once despite us telling the front desk about it on our second day.'

'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice.
