'The hotel supposedly has a shuttle to pick up people from the airport. But once you arrive from Europe without phone credit or data, there is no way to reach the hotel to request the shuttle. The hotel was not very clean (not awful either). Breakfast was terrible: sugar wrapped in plastic. Area around the hotel not great.'

'We stayed two nights for a concert at Kettlehouse Ampitheatre. After the first night, the staff woke us up by banging VERY loudly on our door around 10 ish. We were sound asleep. On our vacation. THEN the phone in our room started ringing very loudly. I turned on lights and found the phone and called the front desk. There was not a “do not disturb” sign provided for our room. The front desk said that they were just seeing if we needed towels. Really???? If we needed towels we would have asked....

'Very noisy at times with movement in the room above ours. You can hear people in the Hallway too.'

'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'Decent property with lovely views of Flathead Lake. Good value for the $$. Very large rooms. Beds are a bit firm and you can hear highway noise from units facing the lake. Basic breakfast provided.'
