'Our villa was very spacious and quiet. The wraparound deck had lots of seating and a great view. Everything we had at the restaurant on the property was delicious and it was a short walk to beautiful Sapodilla beach.'

'Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.'

'Tne environment was extremely quiet, except for a few barking dogs, who were silent at night. The drawback of this tranquility is of course that there is nothing in the neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket (KG Foods) is more than 15 minures walking and so is the nearest (indian) restaurant Communication with the place was somewhat difficult; I expected a self-check-in, which I hate, but fortunately there was a friendly lady to see me. What stood out: - distance from beach - courtyard or balconies to relax, with views of the ocean - rooms are very clean and can be refreshed every day - staff are absolutely awesome - small pool if you want a break from the ocean - very quiet - walking distance for snacks and small meals to microwave And of course, the resort kitty!!!!!
