Vind je ideale hotel in Northwest Tampa

'The hotel itself was clean and the staff helpful. The location of the hotel is not in the best location and a bit sketchy of an area. I wasn’t comfortable coming in and out of the hotel alone. They allow the food delivery services in the elevator and to access entire hotel, they don’t require food deliveries to be left in lobby or remain in lobby until the guest can meet them. I would try to find another hotel next time I’m in town.'

'The guy at the reception desk was great. Room os very clean. There’s just a water leak by the window in the bathroom. We didn’t complain about it as we were only there to sleep for one night. Breakfast was okay, same breakfast you will see in most places. Just happy we have breakfast, can’t complain there. Area was close to shoping and restaurants. Short diatance to Fresh Market, TJ Maxx, Walgreens etc. '

'Het was een warm welkom degene achter de balie was zeer vriendelijk ook diegene in de ochtend. Kamer was schoon alles naar wens. Ontbijt was erg goed voor de begrippen USA. Vele soorten fruit dessert 👍 Dit is een hotel waar we zeker weer boeken als we in Tampa zijn.'

'Mooi hotel in een baai , zwembad plus poolbar , nadeel je had geen strand en je kon niet de zee in allemaal rotsen , op de foto leek dat er een klein strandje was gemaakt en dat je daar het water in kon , helaas was dat niet zo !!!! '

'This property was immaculate. The signature scent in the lobby is so nice. Every staff member that we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The only thing that I did not like was not having access to soda vending machines, because the sodas in the shop in the lobby are very overpriced, and the only other options on the property are $3 sodas at the restaurant or Starbucks.'

'The location was ideal but the hotel didn’t clean my room everyday and didn’t even refresh my towels. I had to go to the front desk to drop off dirty towels and request clean towels. I was very disappointed with the service I received for the price I paid. Front parking was difficult with and adjacent business employees sharing the parking area during the day.'

'The best part of the stay was the staff. I arrived super late on an overnight flight, I called to check in ahead of time to make sure I wouldn't lose my room. When I told the front desk person my issue, I believe his name was Michael, he even offered to set up a pick up at the airport for me at 1am. I was so blown away this kind of hospitality.
