The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. 'The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner runs smoothly and the space is quiet at night. Great location, just a few minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake walking street and the train street. I really like the breakfast buffet here - with pho, eggs and bread. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The price is reasonable compared to the central area. If you want a simple, clean, central place to stay - Sky Charm Hanoi hotel & spa is a good choice.'
