'Our third floor room faced the neighborhood adjacent to the property. There was a party going on with loud music until after midnight. We could hear it even with the wondow closed. Then someone was shooting off M80's....at least 5. At first we thought it was gun fire. It made sleeping near to impossible. I was up until 3 AM. This was our first time staying at this property. The room was nice. Staff was friendly. But our stay was uncomfortable due to the outside noise and blasts.'

'Everything was good for the price you paid. Service was good and responsive.The only thing we didn't like was the initial smell. It smelled a little like weed. The shampoo was out but they refilled it the next day. There were some flies in our room. The pillows were not very comfortable. Some were too soft, too hard, or uneven with its fluff. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.'

'Non-smoking room, reeked of smoke and cigarettes. They bed covering was burnt with cigarette holes, roaches in room, loud noise from the traffic. Thin walls can hear people in the next room talking, feels shady like you have to watch your back. And hookers coming in and out of the hotel working. Place is a dump.'

'Expedia offered us an upgraded room. Upon our arrival it was not available. We were disappointed about that but otherwise it was great.'

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Stayed here for 4 nights and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I understand Moxy is meant to be more casual and compact, but the rooms felt old and not well maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, there was barely any closet or storage space, and no complimentary water in the room. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once during my entire stay, and I had to call and request it myself. Overall, the hotel feels overdue for updates and better service standards.'

'There was a lot of street noise (which I expected for the area), but a white noise app helped drown in out. I didn’t hear noise from other guests. It was very clean, and customer service was great too. The pool was warm, and the breakfast at the restaurant was great too. I would stay again.'

'Fine location. Blaring music in the lobby was less fine and not a fun environment to sit in the morning. Good restaurants and lots of choices. Clise to convention center. '
