'一棟貸しと記載あったが思っているのと違い古民家風の一軒家？に個室数部屋、2F半分ぐらい貸切でした。 梁がむきだして雰囲気はあるものの雨漏りがひどく落ち着いてられない状況。こちらが雨漏りしてると言ったら見に来ましたが、こんなの初めてと言っていたが明らかにシミなどあり初めてではなさそう。その後も特に対応なく、返金などの提案もなく。二泊三日8万の価値はない。'

"Een prima hotel. Grote schone kamer. Ontbijt was heel goed en wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van het diner in buffetvorm. Dit was uitstekend en voor een goede prijs. Personeel is heel aardig. Er is ook van alles te doen: Heerlijke Onsen, tafelvoetbal, tafeltennis, Karaoke kamers, enz. "

"We had a great stay! The onsen experience and breakfast are amazing, and the the hotel provides all the details you can hope for. Because of the way the hotel is built, and the beautiful garden, it is a must-do especially during fall. We should have stayed longer!"
