'This is a large house with three bedrooms and four beds (one a grand pedestal bed in an area outside the bedrooms) and two bathrooms, one attached to the master bedroom. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, as is the sitting room downstairs. Good functional kitchen and separate dining room.
