We had a late flight and were given an extra hour before we had to check out which was great. Having a washing basket was a great and well thought out extra. Having a washing machine and dryer was one of the deciding factors in choosing the hotel. Close to bus stop for access to train station very helpful'

'Upon arrival, everyone was pleasant and helpful. If anything, the only thing I would suggest is a Al carte offering for breakfast. I would’ve rather had a coffee and water versus laying $22 for the full buffet I didn’t need.'

'Overall, a good experience except for the added fees no one tells you about. Arrived an hour early and they asked for $30 early check in. We declined and went out to eat instead. Also, paid $125 for hotel fees though i had prepaid my stay online.'

'You’d think getting a hotel suite not downtown you’d have free parking but not the case at all. Huge amounts of empty parking lots that are unused but charge you 25 dollars a day to park or walk half a mile.'
