  • Uw typische zomervakantie begint hier! Het pand heeft een combinatie van een sterke huurgeschiedenis (lees verhuurrecensies) en veel terugkerende gasten.
    het huis en het gastenverblijf maken van deze verhuur een echt zomervakantie - alle comfort van binnen en van buiten! Comfortabele bedden en luxe badhanddoeken, meubels, ingebouwde meubels, centrale lucht, verlichting, tapijten, kunstwerken en nog veel meer! De ruime tuin zal veel loungen aanmoedigen onder de schaduwbomen, evenals een groot gebied bestemd voor buitenspelen. Het buitendek is groot genoeg om de gasgrill, eettafel (met paraplu), zitplaatsen voor 6-8, evenals een eigen buitendouche te herbergen. Alles wat je nodig hebt om op te ruimen na een dag op het strand, genieten van een paar cocktails en je BBQ aan de gang krijgen.
    Een korte wandeling naar de stad en de haven en net om de hoek van de huisjes op de camping, maar toch in een zeer rustige straat met een eilandgevoel !! Wifi en A / C

    (1) Slaapkamer met queensize bed en (1) ingebouwde futon die gemakkelijk kan worden gebruikt als kinderbed
    Private Guest Cottage (heeft een kitchenette en een badkamer): (1) Queen bed en (1) uitschuifbaar eenpersoonsbed .. ook luchtbed voor extra slaapruimte.
    Breng lakens en kussenslopen mee. Ik zorg voor luxe badhanddoeken en washandjes ... of laat het me vooraf weten als er lakens en kussenslopen moeten worden verstrekt. Mijn huurperiode is zaterdag tot zaterdag tijdens de zomermaanden.

My family and I spent a week at the this home and it was an amazing experience. The layout was open and seems much larger than expected. It's walking distance to circuit Avenue and walking distance to a really nice park the kids could play at. The house was furnished with everything you needed, and any concerns we had were addressed quickly and completely.

Adorable house, well stocked and very clean. The house location is a stones throw from downtown Oak Bluff, easily accessible to beach and restaurants. Beautiful tranquil backyard and homeowner readily available to respond to any questions. Great choice!

Perfectly located, it's close to everything; the ferry, the shops, the bars, the restaurants. We spent our time exploring the Island on foot. The house exceeded our expectations! The host, David was so great! He answered promptly to my texts when i had questions. I definitely recommend it!

Lovely house

We were 3 couples in town for a wedding and this place was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and it was very clean, well stocked for cooking and has a lovely, cosy island feel to it. We didn’t get to explore much but we did have a little walk around the great neighbourhood and it was only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely come back for a longer time next time

Family Weekend Getaway

We brought 4 adults and 3 kids to stay for a long weekend and had a great time. David was a great host, extremely accommodating and great communication. The house itself was extremely conveniently located just a short walk from Oaks Bluff. The house itself had a big kitchen and lounge space with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend renting this house. We look forward to our next visit! Thanks David!

Great House and Close to Everything

We stayed the week of July 30 with our extended family, which was 8 adults and 2 young children. The house was perfect for all of us, we especially enjoyed sitting outside on the large deck. The small guest house was a big hit for one family with a 4 year year old! The house is in a great location close to downtown Oak Bluffs. We enjoyed our daily morning walks to “Mocha Motts” on Circuit Ave for coffee We have stayed at different houses on Martha’s Vineyard for many years and found David’s to be one of the more enjoyable stays

Lovely stay!

We have been coming to the island every year since I was a kid and have been staying in OB at the same house for over 10. This was the first year in a long time we stayed somewhere new and this was a great find! Quiet location with easy, walkable access to downtown, inkwell beach, and niantic park for the little ones. Everything was clean, kitchen and linens fully stocked. Bikes and beach toys available as well! Separate cottage was great for my parents who could get some rest since my little ones were up very very early! Property manager was very communicative, reaching out upon check in to make sure everything was okay. We needed to replace a light bulb and asked for a drying rack which was supplied the next day. He was also very communicative upon check out and understanding! Overall, a great experience and definitely would recommend for families with young children.

Lovely house, but stay marred by mice

Delightful house; great location. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by 3 mouse sightings over 2 days. Owner was responsive and personally came out to place multiple mouse traps in the home. Initially, my wife was quite uncomfortable staying there and annoyed we had to deal with mice on our luxurious vacation. When she expressed this to the owner, he called her "condescending." That was poor customer service on his part. It seemed he didn't understand the magnitude of the situation and felt she was overreacting. Owner attempted to find us another place to stay, but the houses were smaller, not nearly as nice and most were up-island. Given that 2 days of our stay were marred by the observance of mice and we felt an overall discomfort throughout the week knowing we were staying in a home that had a mouse infestation, and we had to be repeatedly interrupted by visits throughout the week from the caretaker and owner, we requested a refund for 2 nights; however, the owner refused, ultimately agreeing to refund just 1 night.

Close to Ferry and Beach

We enjoyed this home very much. The host was helpful and responsive. It's next to a small trail that eventually leads to the ocean. It's great if you're a runner.
