'Was only in the house for a night to attend a friend's nearby retirement party. Nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Shawn, the owner, was extremely responsive and worked with us on an early check-in and responded to all of our questions promptly. I'm not sure I'll ever need to visit Clarksville again, but if I do I'll stay here and recommend you do too!'

'This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property and love it! The close walk to black rifle coffee company is a highlight. You are also in close proximity to a lot of dining options. The property management team are quickly responsive and the house is very clean and comforting!'

'Good space , location is good. Very clean and comfortable . Its a 2 story location with the bedrooms up stairs , the garage is locked off or was when we were there so i wish the photos of it wasnt in the listing but otherwise everything was very accurate as far as i remember we would definitely rent again we come to the area alot due to family.'

'We really enjoyed our stay in this location. The garbage bin outside was a little awkward/hard to open, but otherwise, everything was perfect! The location even provided earplug and we just happened to go to a concert in Nashville where they came in handy. Bathroom in each bedroom, very comfortable beds, drier for our wet clothes (washer, too, but we didn't need that). The full size kitchen came in handy for our breakfasts, and we were 1 mile from family in the area. It couldn't have been more...

'The house was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was functional, and it was in a great quiet neighborhood. It was handy to have filtered water and ice! The shower in the master bedroom is magnificent. The house was super clean and very sound. I was grateful for the 2 car garage since we were under a tornado watch the first night of our stay. You could barely hear the wind from inside the house. We will definitely stay here again. '
