'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'Loved the vibe here! In classic Ritz-Carlton style, as you walk into the hotel, you can breathe in the aromas which are very unique to each hotel. Then you hear your favorite Rolling Stones song piped in overhead. The staff was so friendly and the food was distinctively prepared. The bar was a nice rest stop after a day of tours. The weather was unsettled so the patio was not open. It looked like a great place to gather with friends!'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '
