'Great place to stay if you’re visiting family, friends, or just in town to sightsee. The property was well managed, exactly as described & displayed in the photos, and accessible to other boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, & Queens). Despite it being attached to the main house, guests still have full privacy of the suite. Would stay here again when possible! '

'We came to visit family and were tired of staying in overpriced, dingy hotel rooms. This place was great. It’s a peaceful neighborhood, with a great view. We had some family over for a low key celebration, and Mike, the owner, was so accommodating. 'The house and property were very nice but we expected there to be more beds'

'Was wonderful, clean, fun, & close to things to do! Only a few suggestions I have is fix the handrail. Instead of a boat paddle put a real handrail in. Its extremely hard to hold onto it at the top of the landing. Also Anti skid strips on the stairs going up. Last but not least put a shade or curtain on the door window that goes out on the small second floor deck so neighbors cant see in. All in all Mike was a wonderful communicator!'
