'This was a nice stay for us. It isn't a 4-star hotel that has coffee or breakfast in the morning, but we weren't expecting it. Our room was clean, the staff (especially Greg) was very helpful with an issue we had with the TV setup. Of several places we have stayed in Sumter in this category, this is the best one for the value we have found and we'll stay there again. '

'Was informed the ice machine was broken but could use ice trays in the downstairs refrigerator if I was “cool with that.” So many people hanging out in the lobby at the kitchen table placed there. Multiple people smoking right at the entrance door. People always congregated around the front door. Bed was hard as a rock. '

'I would not stay here! The bathroom stink like piss! When the door closed, there was a slight crack you could see the light from the outside coming in. The door for joining room didn’t close tight. Walls are thin. '

'This a budget motel that could use some updating and repairs. Breakfast's ok but doesn't change from day to day. The rooms are clean, the stuff in the rooms work and the staff is easy to work with. Which is why I stay here every time I've been to Sumter.'

Definitely the first time seeing any hotel breakfast. It made it look cheap and it wasn't thought out. 'They are a RIP OFF!! I booked several rooms, AND PAID IN ADVANCE, for many days for several of our employees because we are working out of state, for quite awhile. We had a Sunday off, so some of our guys drove home for a day and a half, only to find that they had been booted from their rooms. After HOURS of dealing with Expedia, I was PROMISED refunds for the rooms. I still haven’t seen the refunds. I didn’t even get a promise of a refund on one room, so I am out HUNDREDS of dollars.
