'Excellent hotel near the vibrant center of Nagoya. Rooms are big enough (given the Japanese standards). Breakfast in Montmartre is buffet style. Hot and cold dishes. Only slight problem: Waiting lines at the coffee machine. The Montmartre Breakfast room can be crowded between 7.30 and 9 AM. '

'栄からも徒歩圏内で、名古屋駅までもレンタサイクルで行ける距離。 チェックアウト後に大きい荷物を名古屋駅のコインロッカーまで、ホテルのレンタサイクルで預けに行きました。お陰で帰宅日の観光も身軽に行けて助かりました。 お風呂もお部屋も清潔で、夫は男性風呂にだけあるサウナにご満悦でした。また、お風呂上がりのアイスキャンディーも嬉しいサービスです。'

'It is a very self-service oriented hotel, but a friendly staff member is always nearby in case you need help with anything! Great places to eat nearby, and shopping malls not too far away.'

'Nice and modern accomodation, however the strong smell of sweat coming from the carpet is a big let down. Staff also forgot to remove the ozone generator to get the smell out (in successfully), which is actually a health risk.'

'After check in, we found that the fridge in the room was tiny. We asked the front desk staff for help and they arranged us another refrigerator to be put in the room, which we could store fruits and drinks. Other than providing very good service, the staff speak very good English which we were able to communicate well. It has been a pleasant stay. '

'We had a great stay here. Our son forgot his favorite stuffed animal in the room when we checked-out, so we emailed the staff after returning home to Osaka. The housekeeping staff was able to find it, and had it sent back to us right away. We are so thankful for their prompt service, going above and beyond to reunite our child with his beloved stuffy.'
