'Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying.'

'Our stay couldn’t have been better. The food for breakfast as well as the dinner menu is all incredible and the staff was so kind: we had some early morning tour departures and they made us little packed breakfasts each morning. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, with a small little strip of dining and stores about a 15 minute walk away '

'Really good stay. Front desk speaks good English. Really clean. Laundry is easy to use and good price. Be sure to use the app in the laundry room to activate the account first. Need to bring own detergent. Small room in apartment doesn’t have heating and can be a bit cold. '

Great location, (mega modern mall beside it and hop on hop off bus next door as well) new building, super charming staff, excellent spacious rooms - all with a stunning view, comfy beds and fine linen - pool & gym on 18th floor also with amazing view, self service washing machines, great breakfast and delicious food in restaurant in evening (unusual in hotels I find!). Price/quality ratio very good. If I read this review I would think it was too good to be true but...

'Eten was matig, geen keuze en nogal wat over de datum (mayonaise 6mnd). Mensen erg aardig, maar er was meestal niemand. Veel achterstallig onderhoud en hoe moeilijk is het nou om dingen netjes vast te maken? En schoon te maken, want dat is ook ondermaats. Maar goed, voor reizigers zonder veel eisen is er goed te overnachten.'

'Awesome location, next to the subway and bus stops that can take you literally anywhere in Santiago. Is next to Apumanque shopping center and Santa Isabel which ia very convenient for gricery shopping. The place is very clean and confortable. Will come back for sure!'

'For those who prefer a small hotel, this is the ideal place. Our room was perfect, had a balcony witha very nice view on the snow covered Andes. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great.'

'Uiterst aangenaam hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Jammer genoeg wordt er voor het hotel al 2 jaar aan de weg gewerkt waardoor verkeersopstoppingen n vervelende bijkomstigheid zijn. Daarnaast wordt er in het hotel aan u facelift gewerkt dus nogal wat overlast van lawaai. Dit werd echter door Sarah van front office op een geweldige manier opgevangen en gecompenseerd. Chapeau hiervoor!'

'Melhor hotel que já me hospedei. Escolhemos lá para passar nossa lua de mel e fomos muito bem recebidos. A limpeza do hotel é impressionante, a equipe muito simpática e solicitos. Ficamos sete dias na alta temporada (julho) e não queríamos ir embora. A localização é excelente, da pra ir a pé no parque Arauco, shopping, supermercado e McDonalds. Tudo perfeito! Gratidão eterna num momento tão empolgante da nossa vida. '

'Good beds/pillows in a dark, spacey and quite room. Restaurant doesn’t have many options for dinner, but the food is good. Breakfast buffet is top. Swimming pool and gym are not big, but more then enough. Nice and friendly personnel but their English is limited (as my Spanish).'

'This was my second stay at Hyatt Place Vitacura and I loved it, again. The hotel has a modern feel to it. My room was fresh, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable (esp. the bed!). I added the breakfast, which is a great way to start the day. The staff is really nice too. Love the rooftop and the beautiful views. Highly recommended!'
