'There’s hardly any water up stairs the shower doesn’t work at all. Threshold into upstairs bedroom isn’t attached caused me to trip heated was up at 85 degrees when we got here took forever to cool off zero water pressure'

'The Inn and the cottage were absolutely beautiful. Very clean, well cared for, very quiet. Walking distance to small street with restaurants and shops. The location is central to many activities, all within 20-25 min wonderful drive. The hosts were very gracious, we absolutely loved it...we'll be back soon. Icing on the cake, EV charger on premises. 'I seldom do overnight stays. The hot water has a button for heating that I learned about after I got home. Modern amenities are only amenities if one knows how they work. The convenient plaque with the WiFi password is inaccurate. It’s a nice place but it was difficult for me.'

'Somms Rest was a lovely house in an excellent location to enjoy all of the Russian River food, wine and sights. It was very clean and decorated with artistic yet simple taste. The kitchen was very well stocked, the deck felt very private even in the midst of a compact neighborhood and the furniture and beds were all very comfortable. The one block walk to a small local grocery store was very handy. We were very happy with our choice.'

'Beautiful, well designed home. About a 14 minute walk to downtown Sebastopol.'

'Lovely home. Had everything we needed and then some. The only thing street has some dips along it so be careful when driving.'

'The rental was very comfortable and pretty well appointed. Comfortable for 2 couple or a couple and 2-3 children. Seating for eating is great. We did not use the outdoor amenities except the grill as we were out and about!'

'Very clean house and easy to communicate with the owners.'

Comfortable in amenities well stocked kitchen with all you would need for any type of meal. The Master Bedroom offers a seating area for reading and a nice warm cup of coffee. Directly across from this master is the really well-done bathroom / shower. This home is short walking distance to the river, in which we...
