'Nice, cosy hotel, friendly service! Affordable (in comparison to the expensive neighbourhoud). Breakfast was very basic (no seating, only bagels), shared bathrooms and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.'

'Unlike many Fire Island rentals, this place lived up to its description! It was clean and beautifully stocked with beach chairs and towels and kitchen dishware/pots/cutlery and spices. Plenty of blankets and pillows and even a pack and play which we needed. I was always able to communicate with Len the owner and he was quick to respond. We are hoping to rent again next season!'

'Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted.
