'My family and I loved our stay! Host was very communicative, the property was clean and well taken care of. Good location between things to do on the island. My only suggestion would be to bring ear plugs for the chickens at night . We would 100% stay here again.'

'This place is unique, and the huge trees on the property are amazing. You can pick your own fruit and macadamia nuts even, and keep or eat them. The set up of the "common area" is a bit odd, with the main room being part of the hostesses house. The pictures of the beautiful kitchen that I saw in the listing was very misleading, as the kitchen is 100% hands off, guests are not allowed to touch it. Which was really weird and not welcoming, and odd that you can be right next to the hosts personal...

'Checkin very friendly, the park is super clean, parking easy. Apartment good with lot of extra's like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc. Close to the black beach. Although there is not much around the location (20-30min drive for a supermarket), thats not the worst. On the big island everything takes time to drive, so for a relaxing place, this hotel is recommended.'

'Everything was great. Maybe clearer instructions on how to get to the lock box and entry door would help further especially for someone arriving at night. But the place is great'
