'Perfect spot to stay and enjoy Oceanside. The corner market and garage parking were unanticipated necessities. Highly recommend! Loved the balcony seating with partial ocean views.'

'I was looking for a clean, reliable property near the water. This fits the bill. Two bedrooms, secured garage parking, a reasonably supplied kitchen, and the sound of the ocean audible at night. It's an easy walk to the pier and downtown, which we did several times. There's a good coffee shop at Tremont and Minnesota with lots of outdoor seating. The only issue was that the wifi was a little spotty. Not a problem for streaming video, because of the built-in buffering, but more of a problem if...

'The Tower 9 unit was amazing and just right for the 3 of us. Modern, clean, everything worked, and check-in and out was smooth as silk. The staff was easy to communicate with and we had no issues. Loved the shower, the open living area downstairs, and the two cozy bed rooms upstairs. Will definitely stay again soon!!'

'The checkin process was extremely easy. The price was great based on the location being about 10 minutes to Oceanside. Only complaint is that the game room was only open during business hours - M-F 9-6pm. So over the weekend we were not able to use it at all. Otherwise great place.'

'The location itself was quiet and there was plenty of parking availble even during the holidays which was a surprise. Inside was clean and was exacrly like the photos. Massah was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. There's also a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants alll within 5 minutes of the property. Overall, it was exactly what we needed! Highly recommend and would definitely book again.'

'Location is ideal accept the beach across the street was unswimmable. However on our last full day of 6 days the low tide finally allowed for walk on beach. The apt was clean, cooked daily and amazed with the washer dryer as one unit.'

'The location was good, nice view of the beach, easy to get in and out, parking space is close to the elevator. Furnishings could use a makeover. Also some extra blankets in the winter would have been useful. Overall an okay place and the price was good considering proximity to beach.'

'It was the perfect spot for what we came here for which was a theme park and beaches. Surrounded by plenty of stores and very easy to navigate. The apartment was cute and convenient for you to do your "at home things" such as laundry and dishes and cooking. If i had to pick a complaint it would just be to have a few extra kitchen items available and cleaner floors on arrival. Overall, host was great and we will be back!'

'The property is cozy and private so you won’t be bothered by others. I did head into a few bumps but nothing that can’t be managed. The only bad experience I had was getting my car keyed. Overall, a great stay to rest and enjoy yourself.'

'We rented this lovely condo for our daughter and her family. The five members really appreciated the cleanliness and amenities it offered. It was only a five minute walk to our condo, so family spent the majority of time in ours, but it was so nice having them close by.They appreciated the laundry there too. 'This place was so relaxing. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Which was perfect for my solo getaway. It felt very warming and inviting. I loved that the beach was a short walk away. Only downside was that there wasn’t any AC in the living room so it would get quite warm in there. But overall it was a great experience.'

'This was a great place for a getaway and VERY pet friendly. Our dog loved running around in the back yard. The bed was VERY comfy. If you like a lot of pillows, this is the place for you! The outdoor area was great with fire pit, grill, and pool.'

'The place was clean and cute, just like the pictures. It was a comfortable place. The property contacts were very responsive to questions too. A few things to consider: providing a nonslip bathmat for inside the shower would be good for the elderly guests. Ideally a safety bar too in the shower. Also, a 5pm check in and 10am check out isn't great. I'd suggest at minimum, standard check in times are 3pm and check out is 11am. We were able to get an earlier check in but only because there was not...

'We found our stay at Marbella very enjoyable. Our king corner unit had a great view of the ocean and pier. The sound of the waves in the evening was very relaxing. We did yoga on the patio one day which was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but comfortable. The location is great. Highly recommend this place. '

'Loved this hidden gem! Clean, large and had everything we needed. Friendly staff and free garage parking. We could see the water from our balcony (when it wasn’t foggy). Only downside is it’s quite noisy, but this is not the property’s fault at all. Will definitely stay again.'
