De Breakwater Beach Pad combineert luxe, gemak en locatie. Ontspan tijdens het kijken naar de golven of geniet van de vele voorzieningen van North Coast Village die worden omgeven door weelderige tropische landscaping.  Compleet down-to-the-studs verbouwen met de beste functies en nieuw modern meubilair. Deze functies omvatten: 3D HDTV, GRATIS draadloze internetverbinding in het hele appartement, gemeenschap en strand, een aan de muur gemonteerde LED-kleur veranderende open haard, twee plafondventilatoren (Portable AC), Fisher Paykel twee-lade vaatwasser en koelkast met een wijnrek, Wolf Kachel, Kitchen Aid Convectie Oven / Stoomboot / Magnetron, een spa-achtige badkamer met handdoekverwarming, een op maat gemaakt muurbed met een high-end traagschuim matras die gemakkelijk weg te bergen is voor extra woonruimte, een slaapbank voor twee personen extra gasten, een poef die uitkomt op een klein bed, en een balkon om te genieten van het uitzicht op de oceaan met een briesje! Zodra u het terrein van North Coast Village bent binnengegaan, wordt u omringd door watervallen, zoutwaterzwembaden, spa's en grote Koi-vijvers. Er is een recreatieruimte met pooltafels, ping-pong en fusion-ball. Er is een kleine puttinggreen en een fitnessruimte met een saunaruimte. Als je nog een paar stappen neemt, kom je terecht op de witte zandstranden van Breakwater Beach.  Er is veel te zien en te doen op loopafstand maar kijk op onze website om alles te ontdekken wat Oceanside en San Diego te bieden hebben. Communication was great! My Husband & I needed a weekend away and this condo was everything we were looking for! The property was so clean & steps from the beach. Condo was beautifully decorated & equipped for all needs. Took the comfy beach chairs provided & the Murphy bed was very comfortable! We’ll re visit again!

A perfect location and a lovely condo

This unit is perfect for a couple. The location was wonderful for enjoying the beach and all that Oceanside offers, while being away from the crowds of the pier area. The condo was immaculately clean and well-furnished. The owner always responded to our messages within a short time. We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful long weekend! Loved the condo (couch and mattress could use an upgrade) Unfortunately the elevators were out of service. The upgrades in the condo are very nice and tasteful! For the most part things were great!

AMAZING!!!

I cannot express enough just how wonderful this condo was. Absolutely perfect for two people just trying to get away for a little while. Everything from the incredibly short walk to the beach, the amazing hospitality and problem solving of the host, the amenities in the condo and in the facilities, the shops and restaurants near by, the view of the ocean and beach from the room, ALL OF IT. I can go on and on about everything this booking has to offer. Absolutely coming here again. Thank you so much to the wonderful host. Perfect. 10/10!!!

Nice updated condo

It took us a minute to locate the elevator which was helpful when hauling suitcases to the room. Loves the view from the room and the balcony. Furniture was nice too. The balcony faces the street so some slight noise comes from there but not bad. The view and updated room was nice. The Murphy bed was also surprisingly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this condo in the past & it has been updated. Just the right size for two people. The view is terrific & the location is close to the sand. The interior is bright & inviting. We can walk to restaurants & the harbor. Enjoyed our stay!

Should’ve Read the Fine Print !

I was excited to see the room we got this year, based on the price I figured it was going to be epic! Little did I know that when I looked into the bathroom area for the bedroom THERE WASNT ONE !? We’ve been coming here for 20+ years and I’ve never seen a studio ! Probably my bad for not noticing the small square footage and assuming spaciousness on the price range. But we adapt. I did have 4 family members in here at one point and I do not recommend that at all ! Unless the are all under 5’6” and 100lbs as we had to remove the pads from the Ottoman and the couch so brother and his son could fit on it without sleeping on bars for a week. Let’s splash in some good. Great view (BEWARE THE BEE SWARM). Quick access to beach. Plenty of towels. But no dish soap, no scrubbie, no batteries in the3D glasses, no remote for the TV, freezer melts Ice into an iceberg as it makes it, no organization to kitchen goods (and lots were dirty). You need a new shower head. There’s good pressure in the tub but the mineral deposits have slowed the shower head to a light trickle. I hope by pointing out these things they can get fixed so the next guests that rent D110 will have a better stay than us (we are extremely adaptable but still need to point out the problems). We however will not be staying in this room again.

Stunning property with amazing amenities

The property itself is almost as beautiful as the beach it sits next to! Very impressed with the grounds, amenities, staff, and proximity to the beach. The condo comfortably slept 2 adults, 2 kids and had everything we could think to need - and then some. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Vacation Condo

The condo is located in a beautiful and well kept community. The complex is gated and secure. The condo itself was spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Sitting out on the balcony is a great place to soak up the sounds of the waves and feel the breeze. Only a short walk to the beach and the pool and spa. I would have preferred the assigned parking spot to be one level up to be closer to the condo. I liked the proximity to the marina and the restaurants. I definitely recommend D110!

For the two of us, this studio was perfect! The murphy bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed, same with the bathroom. We loved sitting on the balcony with our view of the beach and ocean. Parking was simple and convenient. Thanks Brooke!

Great time but I have suggestions.

4 wash cloths for two people for eights days is not sufficient. Bath tub gets very slippery. Rubber bath mat might be a good idea. Table on balcony is falling apart. A new one would be a real plus. Had one issue which Brooke took care of right away. She did an amazing job. This unit is beautiful and awesome view of pier and ocean. Amazing spot and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beach condo with us.
