'The property needs some serious upgrading and maintenance. While we just needed a place to sleep, the room looked 'worn' It was not very well lit. We really were not sure if the room was dirty or not, but the shower tiles had mold and there was no stopper in the sink so you could see the "crud' in the pipes. There was no toilet paper holder so there was just a loose roll or toilet paper. We slept well because we were tired. The room had a refrigerator and someone had spilled something in...

'I stayed at Superior Living for 4 nights in April 2024. Overall, this property offers great value for the money. Pros: 1. Convenient location for CSU and downtown. I was able to get around on foot, or using shared bicycles, but it can get isolated if you don't like to walk a fair amount (or have a rental car). 2. Lots of space, including a nice kitchen. 3. Bright and airy room with high ceilings. Areas for improvement 1. I had some difficulty getting into the property, as clear instructions...

'Great time'

'This is the cleanest "cheap" hotel I have ever seen. The staff was great, too. The hotel looks a bit motel, a little run down perhaps, but dang if they don't have their priorities straight! The cleanest hotel I've ever spent less than $200 a night to stay at. Comfortable beds, working appliances, and Oh! The bathtub! The incline of the slope at the back of the tub made for the perfect relax and doze in a hot bath. I will go back as often as possible. The best value for my money anywhere.'

'I thoroughly enjoyed my time in a mansion. My room at the Inn was the Damon. It was clean and comfortable as was its bathroom. I had access to a large, well equipped kitchen on the floor below. There were also multiple sitting rooms and plenty of coffee and tea on my floor and the first floor. While there are stairs to climb, they are not difficult and worth the effort. Check in instructions were texted to me and were easy to follow.'
