'Breakfast was exceptionally disappointing. Pool and fitness center were good… could use some more options in the fitness center and the hot tub jets made a horrible noise when running.'

'The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel radiated a homey vibe with beautifully designed common areas that invited you to sit, relax, eat, or have a drink. Rooms were big, comfortable, and clean. Bedding was also very clean and comfortable. Desk with wired internet was available as well.'

If they knew for this long, why wouldn't they change the listing? Also, there were snacks from a previous guest still in the cabinets.
