'Amazing staff and quaint hotel ! Love the upscale yet comfortable relaxed feel to this great boutique hotel close to chagrin falls ! Very convenient and includes hotel bar and restaurant giving you the option to stay in once you’ve arrived.'

Why so high? Short people were not considered. Bathroom needs a counter. No place to lay hygiene products. Overall a nice quiet stay.'

'Nice older building with most areas well maintained. Beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. The king suite is actually two rooms which could be useful for some people but the sitting area has no window. Ms Mel in the spotless breakfast area brightens up a rainy morning with her cheerful service. 'The staff was kind and the hotel was pretty clean. The pool had strange amounts of hair in it and there were no towels in the pool area as well as our room. We felt they weren't telling us the real reason we were not allowed in our room when we got there after check-in time. It was a very strange interaction but felt that if they'd just told us the truth, we wouldn't have felt like we were being lied to.'

'The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable - so the staff were great!'

'We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time.'

'The property was in a good location and was well maintained. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner was a great addition but the food was just okay. The staff were pleasant and security was good. The room did not have any complimentary water or bathroom accessories like shower caps, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. All in all, our stay was comfortable.'

'The Orbit is always clean and comfortable. After multiple stays at the Orbit, I’ve been impressed by the consistency and its close proximity to the airport and NASA’s Glenn Research Center makes it a must stay if visiting Cleveland.'

'Front desk staff was amazing. The hotel was packed with a bunch of rambunctious kids. The last at the front desk made sure to give us a nice and quiet room. Bed was comfy and breakfast was decent'

'The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more.
