'The hotel was essentially located very easy to access off of the highway close to malls and food shopping. Friendly staff, however we were without hot water for our staff. We were told that the Water would be working and on but the next day, no hot water cold shower it is we didn't come for swimming, but the pool was also down. The room was clean fairly. I'm not too picky but their work a few things forgotten about woke up in the morning with a leaky toilet. We were always staying overnight so...

'Not so clean and old furniture with lots of scratches etc. Perhaps my expectations where too high.'

'Upon check in, I was given a room with a malfunctioning AC, I spoke with the gentleman at the desk and recieved a new room without issue after his attempt to fix the unit didn't work and resetting the unit a few more times myself didn't get it to stay on. Overall, It's what you'd expect of a Days Inn near Akron. Good enough for a night or two, property in relatively good shape but definitely still has the same characters and abandoned vehicles you'd find at any other urban days inn. Overall...

'I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me. There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean.'

'breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible.'

'Could have been cleaner. There were about 30 kids who ran up & down the hall yelling all evening. By 11:30 I had to call front desk. All this noise continued for another hour. Had to be at Cleveland Clinic next morning at 6:45.'

'Horribly misleading photos. Once you step past the lobby or look in any direction you can see that everything was dirty, run down, and smelled. There was broken or out of service signs on almost every visible area, doors windows, etc. Our room looked nice but was very dirty. The bathroom was almost unusable. The sinks backed up the tub backed up, there was tubing and bite marks all over the door frame and walls. There was half holes. It was horrendous. The breakfast ran out of everything...

'Breakfast was terrible. 9.95 a person for cold eggs, hash browns and sausage so bad my kid had to spit it out. Then up-charging for more breakfast items. Then there was nothing to scope food out of trays. Was told to go to ihop instead by staff.'

'We made a 3 day reservation over Fourth of July weekend based primarily on the price - it was at least half of the price of other places. When we got there the reason became obvious. The facility is old and definitely showing its age. The room we were assigned was dingy and drab, the carpet and upholstered chair were badly stained, and it literally had holes in the walls. We couldn’t stay. They were nice enough to refund our money.'
