'The service here is so good and thoughtful, I cannot emphasize how impressed we were. The staff helped us store our baggage before check in and figure out how to get the baggage to the train station. We were provided a variety of complimentary gifts, and a map of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, and the private baths were a wonderful experience. Iโd definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area.'

'The property has a lot of old Japanese charm but some areas need repair. Sections of the privacy fence around our onsen were rotted and leaning. The patio behind the bar was closed due to broken planks.'

'A really nice Japanese style Onsen Hotel with great staff and a warm atmosphere. Their traditional Japanese breakfast was amazing as was the family onsen. Just a short walk from the train station and super close to all the shopping and food stores on the Main Street. '
