'The room was well cleaned, the beds very comfortable except for the extra beds on the floor. If you’re not used to sleep on a futon mattress on the floor, you will find it very hard. 'Overall, it was an okay stay. Everything felt pretty average for an onsen hotel... not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. The room was decent, service was fine, and the location was convenient. The onsen itself worked well.. but that's all it's matter.. the natural hot spring.. '
