After a long journey and arriving at 3:00 AM, I was exhausted and hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the odor made it impossible to relax. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.'

'1st off the staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. Location is safe clean area. Not to much near walking distance but a quick grab ride the malls and restaurants close. Hotel itself pretty clean BUT we did have a few roaches in our room. I had bought a half dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and sat the box down for less than 20 mins, came back for a tasty treat only to have a little roach crawling across a donut. 'Great staff, location, amenities and breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and hotel is next to the mall. The only suggestion we have is a better system for the breakfast buffet because it was kind of chaotic and there was a long wait especially it was a holiday when we went. Even though some of us were on the exclusive members floor it was also full so I think the hotel has to come up with a plan especially when it’s peak season. Still highly recommended!'
