'I was told I was getting an upgrade and ended up in a tiny room. I was travelling with others that had booked the same room that I had originally booked and their room was by far nice than my "upgrade". I don't think I will be staying here again.'

'My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The only issue I would say we had was when booking there was only the option of 2 queen beds and having a toddler we preferred a king which was unavailable when booking. When we got to the hotel we asked and they had one but wanted to charge $52/night so we ended up with the 2 queen. The cleaning staff was really nice and gave us whatever we needed. The staff around the property were really friendly and helpful'

'This property has so much potential but doesn’t live up to it. This was our second time going there and we just noticed things a lot more closely. Cleanliness being the main thing.Rooms are clean but could be better - you can see the dirt and grime on the floor along the tub. Requested a crib and had to clean it 4 times for the wipes to come up looking clean. The best part about this resort is the pool and beach area, but it’s not clean.
