'The rooms are huge and the view amazing. The beach is not that nice as the one of the hotel nearby. In July the place was full of families with toddlers. What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. Also, you needed to present a voucher for almost anything like comfortable beds at the pool. The extra costs for the pool beds and other services in the hotel were ridiculously high. 'とても素敵なホテルで、全体的にスタッフの方の接客、サービスも素晴らしかったです。 特に朝食会場の男性スタッフさんは、連日子供の様子を見て、優しく声をかけてくださいました。子どもが残ってたポテトをお皿に入れていると、すぐに新しい物を持ってきてくださり、「もう少し入れましょうか。」と声をかけ、追加して下さいました。 息子と２人旅行だったので、優しくしていただき、とても感謝でした。 チェックアウト時は、フロントの方に子どもが鼻血で少しシーツを汚してしまった事をお伝えし謝罪すると、「お子様は大丈夫でしたか。」と。 優しい言葉に救われました。 ありがとうございました。 安心できるこちらのホテル、機会があればまたぜひ利用させていただきたく思います。 繁忙期でお忙しいかと思いますが、みなさまお身体に気をつけて、お仕事頑張って下さい。'
