Any questions I had were quickly answered. The service was great at the front desk, at the Grand Cafe, and the convention staff was OUTSTANDING! '

'This is a beautifully maintained property in a very convenient location. I would have given it 5 stars but for a couple of things missed at check-in and the fact that the restaurant and bar were not open with no advance notice. After a seven hour drive, we were looking forward to getting to the hotel and not having to leave for a meal and drink. Otherwise, great hotel!'

'This hotel/motel doesn't look like much on the outside. The neighborhood might seem a bit iffy, too. DO NOT be fooled!! What an awesome hole in the wall! The personality is all inside! Superb customer service, beautiful gift shop and the restaurant is clean. Nice selection of food. The bar is well stocked. The rooms are beautiful. Clean amd comfortable and cozy. Parking may be tight as this is a popular spot for locals, as well. This will most certainly be a regular stop for us!'

'Pros: Staff was very friendly upon checking in/out and accommodated my room request. The room was clean and comfortable. While I heard talking from rooms in the hallway, I didn't hear anything once inside the room. Cons: The pool was out of order. I didn't need it but you may want to call to make sure its up and running again if that's important to you. The TV didn't work great. It took forever to switch between channels and wouldn't pull up channels if you used the number. I gave up and went...
