Super hotel. Ontzetten aardige, gastvrije ontvangst bij de receptie. Kaart van Olbia,uitleg waar naar toe te gaan. Ruime en schone kamer, grote badkamer, gratis parkeren bij hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijt met alleen maar aardig en behulpzaam personeel, al het personeel bij de receptie attent bij binnenkomst en vertrek. Hotel ligt centraal tov in Olbia

Die Lage des Botels ist sehr gut, da alles rund um Olbia gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Excellent hotel with some beautiful artworks. I am unsure if they depicted the French Revolution or an Italian scene, non the less, very historical and add class to the prestine marble floors. Breakfast is a selection of everything anyone could ever desire, sweet succulent fresh fruit, medjool dates, prunes and a good selection of other dried fruits. Lots of various cerials along with scrambled eggs, local sausages and bacon. A selection of charcuterie and cheese 🧀 and lovely selection of breads and pastries. Fresh fruit juices and a range of coffee's and teas for every palate. My room was furnished very eloquently and the power shower 🚿 was fantastic. An outside balcony overlooked a view to the harbour and main thoroughfare into the town. Staff are exceptionally polite and very customer service orientated. Differently 10/10

This hotel is well maintained. The lobby area, brekfast and reception work well. The hotel is located in city center, close to restaurants, port. Parking places close to the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, but internet is not working at all, complained few times with no resolution, the front desk doesn’t speak English at night and won’t pick up calls , also I was over charged and I emailed the hotel to talk to a manager and get the bill and still no one has contacted me

Dear Mr. seanI'm very sorry for your complaints, but I doubt that you are writing about the wrong hotel. We all speak English (there are even a native speakers among us!) and wi-fi works throughout the hotel. Plus, I've been the manager since 2009 and I never received a letter from you. Maybe... wrong hotel?!?!. Thanks anyway, I hope to meet you soon, this time at the Grand Hotel President.

The Property was well located we only needed to spend one night as we were leaving for the airport the next day and airport exit is close by and airport is 10 min away making it an easy departure. Hotel is well located to go into the centre and go shopping and go to restaurants and they have a parking lot next to the hotel and they do not charge to park your car which was nice . Breakfast was included in the stay and was a very nice breakfast. Room was very spacious and clean and a nice big bathroom .

Love olbia
This was our 3rd stay at the Grand Hotel President. We love it for all the same reasons each time we stay. The location is in a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the sea view. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet is far above expectation .

Fabulous in every way.
I am widely travelled and there is nothing I could fault at this hotel. It provides proper old fashioned service. I booked a single room and was upgraded to a large double with balcony and beautiful view to the ferris wheel and sea. The room was in excellent condition, chandelier lighting, minibar, modern bathroom with hairdryer, toiletries and fluffy towels. Breakfast was fabulous with everything you could possibly want. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect only a 3 minute walk to the main dining, shopping street.

The best place to stay is in Olbia. It is close to the Corso Umberto, the central street of Olbia. The Panoramic view from the terrasse (6th floor) is great.

La struttura si presenta bene ed è molto ben tenuta. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa, molto pulita, anche il bagno pulito e ben attrezzato, sanitari praticamente nuovi. Personale cordiale e disponibile, colazione a buffet buona e abbondante. In camera mancava purtroppo la panchetta per poggiare la valigia, il nostro piccolo trolley ha trovato comodamente posto su una sedia ma un bagaglio più grande avrebbe dovuto restare a terra. L'area di parcheggio dell'hotel è un po' limitata rispetto alla capienza dell'hotel, e nelle vicinanze non mi è sembrato di vedere possibilità di lasciare l'auto sul suolo pubblico. Come valutazione generale della struttura, comunque, è un hotel più che consigliato.

La struttura è molto bella, stile classico ma non di cattivo gusto. Posizione centralissima. La camera ben arredata, pulitissima e molto grande con un grande balcone privato dove fumare o bere un the caldo (in dotazione). La colazione è ricca e propone scelte dolci, salate, senza lattosio e senza glutine. Tutto separato per evitare contaminazioni. Sono stati disponibilissimi ad accontentare le nostre richieste e a fornirci tutte le comodità per la nostra bambina di un anno. Unica pecca, grave a mio avviso, per un 4stelle superior, è la mancanza di rampe per portatori di handicap o, come nel nostro caso, per passeggini. Abbiamo dovuto trasportare su e giù per le scale esterne il passeggino e le valigie. Consiglierei almeno un montascale così da permettere a tutti l’accesso in struttura.
