The laundry room was terrible! The waiting area dirty and wet in the evening. Children running in and out of the lobby and outside the doors with no adult supervision. Children running up and down the hallway by our room. Getting prank calls in the middle of the night had to unplug the phone. 'Overall great place to stay. Was convenient location for the events I was attending. Grocery store right next door where we could get water or snacks (or even hot food). Breakfast included in the stay. Decent selection with a variety of options.
Staff was friendly and nice. It seemed they were working on the maintenance of the building but I never heard construction noise in my room.
Cons: pool was out of service during my stay. I was on the second floor, so I could hear all the steps...
