'Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was cordial and accomodating. Room was spacious and very clean. This hotel is located on the Interstate and there is traffic noise outside but very quiet inside. We never heard any traffic noise in the lobby or inside our room. Pool and gym was onsite but we did not use either one. Breakfast was hot and adequate. The area provided lots of seating. There was a store in the lobby with plentiful stock of drinks, snacks, and essentials. They do not take...

'The night auditor was not an imposition to handle situations that came up. The electric went out in our room and the hotel is full, so they put us in a room with no key. The only way we could access it was within an executive key and that room had holes in the wall. I asked to get in touch with the manager. They told me they could not they weren’t allowed to call him.'

'The restaurant was closed so the only food was at the bar. The server/bartender was super busy trying to keep up. Kudos to the server/bartender but management takes a hit.'

'Valet and front desk were not very friendly at check in. I did not realize the hotel didn’t offer room service so I called when I got to the room and was told they don’t do that but I could order take out from the restaurant. Then she said they close at 4:30 and it was 4:05 and they were already closed. No coffee in room either. Check out staff and valet were nice the next morning. '

'The new hired lady was really rude, i knew she was new hired because she was being trained. Really bad attitude towards me and my wife. Threw the receipt in my hand and didn’t spoke any. '

'The apartment is very nice, clean, and in a great location!! We loved it. The only reason for the 4-Stars is the fact that the hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They were also out of coffee. Thankfully there were very responsive and took care of these things quickly. '

'Just FYI they don’t accept ESA as service animals. I have stayed at other hotels and they accepted and waived the fees but not this hotel and the pet fee is high costing 50.00 plus TAX. I couldn’t cancel my reservation because i checked in after 3PM. Breakfast was okay room was clean but bathroom shower leaked into room area. '
