'The space was clean and very cozy design, especially if you like industrial looks. The room is a micro room so please do not expect a hotel size space. It was perfect for our stay as dallas locals just wanting to be in the Downtown Dallas space for a night. Bianca was amazing at check in and even had us smiling after a long moving day. 'The hotel is located right next to a highway and a train track, which creates significant noise throughout the night. The traffic and passing trains made it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, the noise level seriously affected the quality of my stay.'

'Staff were not helpful. Microwave was not working. I was told a replacement was on the way but it never showed up. The swimming pool was dirty and high smelling to chlorine. The jacuzzi was dry it had no water. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. Nothing like the last time I was there.'
