'The inside is a lot better than the outside makes it seem. The owner is remodeling and for the price the place is good. It is safe and clean with cameras and security at night. The owner is very nice and call all the guest by name. I usually stay there one or two nights during the fair. '

'Older motel but could be a bit cleaner considering it is also more expensive than some of the alternates in its class.
Noisy, with thin walls. Other rude guests playing music well past midnight and even conversation comes through the walls. 4:30am heard management arguing with partying guests about noise and he forced them to leave. (Which was good, a lot of motel management do not do any enforcement of noise rules) not as restful as it could be but I blame rougher guests who could do better....

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'The Hotel Zaza is a great, quirky place, with lots of nice perks (daily fresh cookies in the lobby!!). The themed rooms look great, but the standard room I stayed in was also fine. The only gripe I have that the kingsize bed was more for dwarf-size kings. It was wide enough, but nowhere near long enough to fit a person over 1m85
Also, the prices for standard amenities are completely over the top. While a beer costs pretty much the same as everywhere else, water or coffee are ridiculously...

'Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee...

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'I stayed here because I was doing business at AT&T headquarters. You cannot get more convenient than right across the street! The hotel is lovely, and, though one of the restaurants was closed for renovation, the other, Sansetta, was quite good. The staff is also outstanding. I'd definitely stay again if I were doing business in downtown Dallas.'
