'I stayed at the East Norwich Inn for a week last August while taking my daughter to the local University.
It turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and is also an excellent starting point for trips to New York City and Long Island. Highly recommended and I have booked another stay for the fall.'

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful.
The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'The hotel was very nice, with clean huge rooms. The hotel design is a hollow cube, so all the rooms look out over an indoor area. This area would be nice for a conference or maybe a wedding. The hotel has all the expected amenities (gym, etc). It is a reasonably priced and well situated hotel. I would go there again.'

'I am pleased to say, the room was a pleasantl surprise. First appearance it seemed sketchy. They coukd definitely use a new paint job outside. Checking is was easy. The attendant was knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to NY'

'Het Opera house hotel is zeker een aanrader. Prachtig hotel, schoon en een lekker (gratis!) ontbijt. De omgeving is wat ruig. Het metrostation is nog geen 2 minuten lopen van het hotel dus met de omgeving heb je verder niet zoveel te maken. '

There was free coffee and tea. They cleaned the room everyday and got fresh towels everyday! Subway is a 6 minute walk from the hotel. Would highly recommend!! I was a little bit worried because I’ve read a lot of negative reviews but the hotel was nothing but amazing! '
